    Just downloaded the XOscillo_20101410v4.zip from the google code page and the zip does not include the pde file to upload to an Arduino. Looks like you updated it about an hour ago and may have missed getting into the zip.

    The firmware it now comes as a HEX file, please check the wiki for the instructions on how to flash it:
